New club sponsor

Stroud Rugby is delighted to announce local law firm BPE as a main sponsor for the next two seasons.

The major new sponsorship deal will see BPE strengthen its links with the Club, last year’s winner of SSE Gloucester Premier Division, supporting the club with its growth and development plans.

John Workman, BPE’s Managing Partner said “Apart from thoroughly enjoying the ambience of the ground on match days, we will be using the Club for business and fund raising events and really look forward to working with the Club’s management team to create new activities for the Stroud community.” He added “BPE Solicitors has a reputation for working with entrepreneurial businesses and for supporting businesses with strategic growth throughout a Company’s life cycle. Stroud Rugby is the perfect fit”.

“The club has ambitious plans for growth over the next 3 to 5 years and we are looking forward to being a part of that”, explained John “Stroud Rugby’s qualities and values have great synergy with our own and the next two years are going to throw up some great opportunities.”

Steve Dechan, Stroud Rugby’s Head of Sponsorship said “We are excited to be playing in a higher league this year and the financial backing from BPE, will be used to support the club’s development plans. BPE has been a keen supporter of the club for several years and we look forward to working with BPE as one of the Club’s main sponsors”. Steve added “John Workman, who holds the title of Honorary Consul to Estonia for the South West and Midlands, will also be helping the club set up a tour later in the season to Tallinn, Estonia, which we are all very much looking forward to.”
