After 5 mins play Stroud attacked through their threequarters and excellent handling gave flanker Matt Peachman the opportunity to score in the corner.
Nomads continued to hold sway whenever the had the ball in hand and further good play by their backs gave winger Alex Powell a clean run to the line.
Gordon League came more into the match with their forwards driving into the Stroud half, but a turnover ball gave wing Matt Binns a clear run of some 30 metres to the try line. He followed this up with a spectacular weaving run, beating the cover defence and scoring at the posts and converting the try.
With the Stroud pack gaining the ascendancy at the scrums further 1st half tries followed through scrum half Jordan Phipps, Matt Binns and centre Joe Ashenford who intercepted a Gordon League pass and ran some 40metres to score.
With the wind at their backs in the second half Stroud continued to play an open game with forwards Dave Brooks, Lee Marshall, Tom Flanagan, Matt Peachman and fit again Sam Cook at the heart of most attacks, giving their threequarters the chance to score four more tries through winger Matt Binns (5 in all), fly half Sam Leworthy and flanker Tom Flanagan.
This was another fine all round performance by the Nomads, with every player contributing to the result.
