As Stroud Rugby is a limited company there are a number of legal responsibilities to being a director, these are not too onerous but important to understand.

We would ask candidates to draft a few words about what they intend to bring to the Rugby Club, a brief overview of their relevant background and their goals for the Club so members have an idea about who they are voting for.
