Under 8s play tag rugby using tag belts provided by the club. At Under 8s, the focus is on having fun, improving skills, building confidence and working as part of a team. Matches are usually 6-a-side and last around 10 minutes a half.

Girls and boys play together at this age group.

Training is usually at 10am on Sunday mornings during school term time at Stroud Rugby Club.

Matches are held on Sunday mornings, and typically start at 10am either at Stroud Rugby Club or at another local club.
